Bloom

Bloom brings professionals together so that they can look at ways to help children and young people who are experiencing difficulties with their social, emotional, mental health and wellbeing. The professionals – who will be people like teachers, psychologists, family workers and community workers – meet to carefully discuss each young person’s difficulties and needs, and put together a plan to help them - usually by finding ways to support the network already in place around them. Find out more about Bloom.
